Senior Imaging Project Manager
(Clinical Trials)
Position: Full Time \ Part Time
Location: Newtown, PA (in-house)
Duties and Responsibilities
• Manages projects on various imaging studies within a clinical research organization
• Coordinates and manages clinical trials from end to end
• Serves as the primary point of contact with the client (Pharma/Biotech)
• Manages the following study objectives using the project management system:
Budget (including change orders and overseeing invoicing)
Communications and meetings
Deliverables
Quality assurance
Resources (internal and external)
Risk evaluation
Timeline
• Assures compliance with Company’s SOPs and work instructions
• Works to ensure client satisfaction and effective scope of work
• Supports Business Development:
Assists with the development and review of cost estimates and proposals
Attends bid defenses, investigator meetings, and other client meetings as needed
Represents the company at meetings and on conference calls with prospective clients
• Supports internal policy and procedure development
Minimum Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in life science field
• Experience:
5+ years’ experience working in imaging projects
Familiar with the clinical development of pharmaceuticals/biologics fields
Experience in a project management role with US and global setting
Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent organization, communication, and management skills
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with project team members
Additional Skills/requirements:
Knowledgeable in GCP and ICH guideline of clinical trials
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
Minimal travel required (approximately 20%)
