Senior Imaging Project Manager
(Clinical Trials)

Position: Full Time \ Part Time

Location: Newtown, PA (in-house)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manages projects on various imaging studies within a clinical research organization

• Coordinates and manages clinical trials from end to end

• Serves as the primary point of contact with the client (Pharma/Biotech)

• Manages the following study objectives using the project management system:

  • Budget (including change orders and overseeing invoicing)

  • Communications and meetings

  • Deliverables

  • Quality assurance

  • Resources (internal and external)

  • Risk evaluation

  • Timeline

• Assures compliance with Company’s SOPs and work instructions

• Works to ensure client satisfaction and effective scope of work

• Supports Business Development:

  • Assists with the development and review of cost estimates and proposals

  • Attends bid defenses, investigator meetings, and other client meetings as needed

  • Represents the company at meetings and on conference calls with prospective clients

• Supports internal policy and procedure development

 

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in life science field

• Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience working in imaging projects

  • Familiar with the clinical development of pharmaceuticals/biologics fields

  • Experience in a project management role with US and global setting

  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Excellent organization, communication, and management skills

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with project team members

Additional Skills/requirements:

  • Knowledgeable in GCP and ICH guideline of clinical trials

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project

  • Minimal travel required (approximately 20%)
